You will have previous experience in either recruitment sales, telesales, business development, field sales, or a similar role. Possessing the key skills and ingredients to not only build strong business relationships, but to find working solutions for our customers whilst doing so, coupled with the ability to close a sale.
You will need excellent communication and organisation skills to ensure you stay on track.
What will you be doing?
Your role as an Business Development Recruitment Consultant will be to sell Pertemps range of services to new clients within the area, maximising every opportunity possible.
This will be delivered via the phone and face to face contact; sourcing, developing, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of future business and opportunities.
You will manage the sales process from point of lead through all stages to signing of contracts, including setting rates with appropriate margins.
You will be supported by an amazing team providing referencing, administration, compliance, and payroll support in the background, allowing you the time to do what you do best- build your empire!
