Qualifications

Business Development Recruitment Consultant (Perm Desks)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in our London office

Salary: Competitive base with high-earning commission structure

What you’ll be doing

This is a front-end, business development-focused role. You will be responsible for generating new business, expanding key accounts and laying the foundation for successful delivery.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Winning new clients within enterprise cloud technology markets
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Running strategic outreach and building strong commercial pipelines
  • Identifying and qualifying hiring needs before handing over to delivery teams
  • Tracking trends and providing market insight to drive account growth
  • Working closely with recruitment consultants to ensure clients are supported end to end

What you’ll need to bring

  • Proven experience in recruitment sales or B2B business development
  • A strong track record of acquiring and growing client accounts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to understand client hiring challenges
  • Experience in cloud recruitment or enterprise tech is advantageous
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to own and grow your patch
