Are you a commercially savvy,focused leader ready to grow a trusted eye hospital in cataract ,laser vision correction and across multiple specialities?

Join My-iClinic, a thriving, family-run private clinic in North London. While we’re best known for laser eye surgery and cataract care, we also provide full-spectrum eye health services — and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on manager to help us scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive self-pay patient growth across all service lines — from vision correction and cataracts to myopia control, glaucoma, eyelid, corneal, and retinal surgery.
  • Build lasting referral relationships with optometrists, GPs, and private healthcare providers.
  • Lead and develop high-performing marketing and admin teams to improve patient acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including schedules, and service delivery.
  • Monitor performance, implement process improvements, and enhance the patient journey.
  • Work with leadership to track KPIs, support financial planning, and optimise clinic growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development and operations leadership, ideally in private healthcare.
  • Strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering growth in a multi-service clinical setting.
  • People-first leadership style with experience building capable, motivated teams.
  • Deep understanding of the self-pay healthcare landscape and patient acquisition channels.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with ophthalmology, London private hospital setting.

Package & Benefits

  • £50,000 – £55,000 base + £7.5k–£15k performance bonus (OTE up to £70k)
