Business Development Officer - New Hampshire/Maine

Join Recovery Centers of America as a Business Development Officer to expand our network of referral partnerships in New Hampshire and Maine.

At RCA, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Our mission is to help save 1 million lives by creating lasting positive change in our clients and their families. We seek a driven professional to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources to increase client admissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential referral partners including healthcare professionals, hospitals, therapists, and community organizations.
  • Represent the treatment center at community events and conferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and admissions.
  • Conduct presentations and facility tours for potential referral sources.
  • Coordinate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth referral processes.
  • Track activities and outcomes using CRM software.
  • Maintain knowledge of treatment programs, insurance acceptance, and admission criteria.
  • Organize educational events for referral partners and the community.
  • Collaborate with marketing on outreach strategies.
  • Prepare reports on outreach activities and referral metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Knowledge of addiction treatment and recovery principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (~50%).
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
