The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our strategic sales plan and driving business growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying emerging market trends and uncovering customer-specific sales opportunities that align with our business objectives.
Success in this position requires a proactive approach to building and managing a robust sales pipeline, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering value while contributing to the overall profitability of the business.
We are looking to hire candidates in either UK South, Aberdeen, Denmark, Norway, Greece or France, to work remotely with the expectations to travel to client sites when required.
Role Accountabilities
· Understanding and articulating the Fendercare solution portfolio to C-Suite clients.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, including the attendance of industry events to foster long-term business partnerships
· Manage Customer Relationship (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Tools to build and maintain strong sales pipeline and be effective at accelerating opportunities through the sales stages
· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
· Promote the Company's services portfolio to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and technical specifications.
· Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business and ensure client satisfaction.
· Facilitate training and support to the internal teams on any industry best-practice and regulatory changes.
