Job Description:

Are you looking for a role that lets you sell creatively?

We offer two contrasting options:

  • A. Selling something boring, rigid, and bound by red tape, with lots of admin.
  • B. Selling creative ideas with freedom, where you can make the role your own and focus on sales.

We are not an ad agency, but we operate differently from traditional agencies. We avoid internal meetings and micro-management, focusing instead on delivering unique ideas that our clients love.

Joining us is like moving from sailor to pirate, coder to hacker—you'll do things your way. You don't need prior agency sales experience; just demonstrate your ability to sell, and we'll teach you the rest.

What else you'll get:

  • £2,000 annual training budget.
  • No evenings or weekends work; we support reasonable expectations.
  • Additional holidays: 2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week in August, plus statutory 28 days.
  • Private healthcare via BUPA.
  • Sabbatical: 6 weeks paid leave after 4 years.
  • Occasional trips, including to the French Alps.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define target clients and grow your profile.
  • Manage new business prospects from initiation to closing.
  • Identify decision-makers, build pipelines, lead sales conversations, handle objections, and onboard clients.

Work arrangement:

Hybrid model: in-person 3 days/month in London, remote within European time zones. UK work rights required.

  • Experience in consultative selling, with a focus on long-term deals worth 20-200k.
  • Ability to persuade prospects towards unconventional decisions aligned with business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of sport and sporty clients is a plus.
