Job Title: Business Development Manager – Wall Panels

Responsibilities
  • Role involves selling a high-quality range of manufactured wall panelling systems used for kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms.
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in delivering growth across retailers, distributors, builders merchants, buying groups, and plumbers merchants, both national and independent (e.g., MKM, Jewson, Travis Perkins).
  • Allocate 100% of time to sales activity via retailers, distributors, builders merchants, buying groups, and plumbers merchants.
  • Target turnover to support local area performance (example turnover targets £500k–£700k).

  • Experience in internal sales, field sales, or customer services sales.
  • Knowledge of construction or building products.
  • Keen learner who is motivated to forge a career.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and solution-focused mindset.
  • Hungry, approachable, and with strong planning skills.
