Job Title: Business Development Manager – Wall Panels

Remuneration: £32,000 + 20% bonus

Responsibilities
- Role involves selling a high-quality range of manufactured wall panelling systems used for kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in delivering growth across retailers, distributors, builders merchants, buying groups, and plumbers merchants, both national and independent (e.g., MKM, Jewson, Travis Perkins).
- Allocate 100% of time to sales activity via retailers, distributors, builders merchants, buying groups, and plumbers merchants.
- Target turnover to support local area performance (example turnover targets £500k–£700k).

- Experience in internal sales, field sales, or customer services sales.
- Knowledge of construction or building products.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in field sales or account management within relevant sectors.
- Understanding of wall paneling, interior finishing, or related construction product areas is advantageous.
