About the role: We are seeking a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence within these high-impact segments, ensuring long-term success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions tailored to high-value customers. Be at the forefront of Crypto.com's expansion into high-value segments such as Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers. In this dynamic and fast-growing space, you'll have the freedom to shape your network, creating meaningful partnerships that drive value for both the company and your clients. You’ll lead in building strategic relationships, identifying high-potential VIP clients, and customizing solutions to meet their needs. From launching innovative campaigns to designing tailored programs, every deal will strengthen Crypto.com's market presence. Your creativity will be vital—crafting new incentives, collaborating on product development, and testing new approaches with the support of a world-class team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new partnerships with media, Affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders to attract first-time depositors and trades.
  • Develop and enhance partnerships with Brokers and grow Crypto.com's broker program, maintaining existing relationships.
  • Identify and reach out to VIP clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing KOLs and monitor their performance.
  • Provide timely, satisfactory, and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, liaising proactively with internal teams and suggesting improvements to management.
  • Stay updated on social media trends (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and within the blockchain influencer community.
  • Attend conferences and represent Crypto.com, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to increase product and service awareness.
  • Conduct community outreach activities, attend crypto gatherings, and expand the institutional footprint.
  • Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
  • Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, track feedback, and recommend product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with existing relationships or knowledge of influential figures in the ecosystem.
  • Network or client base within the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, Web3, or blockchain.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling financial products.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales position.
  • Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships, driving business results, and drafting agreements.
  • Excellent command of professional written and spoken English; writing and presentation samples are welcome.
