The Successful Candidate

The ideal Business Development Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or higher is a plus.

  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
