Business Development Manager (Utilities) – Cardiff – Hybrid Work Arrangement

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 + Additional OTE + Vehicle + Progression + Hybrid/Remote Working + Pension + Training + Development + Flexible Hours + Private Healthcare. This is an autonomous role with opportunities to progress through multiple training streams.

This growing company has an excellent reputation within their industry for providing top quality utility infrastructure services and civils for a number of sectors within the UK. Due to an influx of exciting new projects, they now require a Business Development Manager to provide their expertise and offer the best possible service to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with a variety of stakeholders and source requirements from a range of new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business while acting as the main point of contact within your region.
  • Utilise your business development skills to manage pre-existing working relationships alongside new opportunities.
  • Analyze the existing customer base to identify and secure new business.
  • Follow up on self-discovered and passed leads.
Qualifications
  • Previously worked within a role that includes business development components.
  • Knowledge of the construction, utilities or a related sector.
  • Highly motivated and autonomous approach to work.
