Business Development Manager (Utilities) – Cardiff – Hybrid Work Arrangement

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Additional OTE + Vehicle + Progression + Hybrid/Remote Working + Pension + Training + Development + Flexible Hours + Private Healthcare + Hybrid Working

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders and source requirements from new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business; be the main point of contact within your region.
• Manage pre-existing working relationships while utilising new business development skills.
• Analyze existing customer base to identify and secure new business.
• Follow up on self-discovered and passed leads.
