Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development in the UK for our Pallecon business, focusing on FMCG markets.
  • Provide containers and liners for storage and transportation of liquids, mainly used within FMCG sectors such as food, production, and cosmetics.
  • Work with Production directors, set up trials, and offer product solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, prospect for new opportunities, and manage sales funnel (SalesForce).
  • Collaborate with the pallet team to generate leads and with account managers to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and execute local market plans to increase revenue.
  • Implement new liquid solutions and provide technical support during trials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Contribute to market intelligence about competitors, trends, and innovations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales and account management experience.
  • Background in food or food processing industry.
  • Stakeholder management skills, experience with supplier relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain management.
