Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible remote setup, where you'll focus on generating new business opportunities across the South of the UK (United Kingdom). As a self-driven individual, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and meeting quarterly acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive New Business: Generate growth within your assigned territory by engaging with prospective clients and securing new business opportunities.

Client Engagement: Effectively communicate our service's benefits through a structured approach, tailored to the needs of letting agents.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships within your region, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.

CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client information using CRM tools and data systems.

Strategic Time Management: Manage your schedule effectively to maximize productivity while ensuring timely follow-ups and client engagement.

Company Representation: Uphold the company’s values and reputation in all interactions with clients and partners.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Client Success, and Customer Operations) to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to remain competitive and provide value to clients.

Networking: Attend regional events to build a robust network and foster new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Currently BASED in the UK (United Kingdom)
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Manager, preferably in the property or service industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively, ensuring targets are met.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with self-motivation and drive to succeed.
  • A valid UK Driving License and the ability to travel within your region.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales data management.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
  • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
  • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
  • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
