A leading medical equipment firm seeks a Business Development Manager in Manchester, specializing in surgical capital equipment sales. The role includes growing an account base and developing key relationships within hospitals. Ideal candidates will have hospital sales experience or be proficient in capital equipment and possess strong account management skills. Offering a salary of £50-60k plus uncapped bonuses and additional benefits.
As Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy a challenging, yet rewarding role – tasked with growing their account base, identifying new business opportunities, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within hospitals. You will sell a range of specialist operating tables and associated products to clinical and non-clinical decision makers, supporting hybrid rooms within ITU and theatre settings. Due to nature of capital equipment sales, you will work with long sales cycles and high value deals.

Basic salary: £50-60k
Bonus: 40%+ uncapped OTE
