Day to day you will

As a Business Development Manager, how you structure your day and manage your pipeline is completely up to you, but we'll give you the products, knowledge, and training to succeed.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Manage and develop your own territory daily.
  • B2B cold calling (60+ door knocks daily)
  • Target SME businesses with annual card turnover of £50,000 - £5m
  • Retain these accounts through strong interpersonal skills
  • Upsell EPOS and Zash to targeted merchants
  • Aim for 30% penetration of accounts to have 2 products from DNA Payments
  • Manage CRM & pipeline of quotations to achieve conversions
  • Process self-generated sales (15 per month)
  • Target clients with a monthly £150 revenue per MID GMV to meet revenue targets
  • Assist customers through application to live transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for setup and delivery, ensuring excellent customer experience

Basic Salary: £35,000 + OTE £2,500-£6,000/month

Car Allowance: £5,000/year
