Meritt & Sauced are excited to present an opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Business Development Manager to join one of the UK’s most exciting SaaS startups, recently recognised in

Startups UK's Top 10 and shortlisted by The Sunday Times Tech Track. With over $15M in funding and a growing team of 70+, this company is expanding into the European market—and they’re looking for a driven, 360 sales professional to lead the charge in Spain.

This is a hands-on sales role where you’ll own the full cycle—from prospecting to closing—and play a central role in building out the EU sales strategy. You'll also enjoy regular travel to Spain (fully expensed), strong career progression opportunities, and a high-performance team culture.

Location: London-based, hybrid with travel to Spain every 4–6 weeks

Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish (professional proficiency required)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Full 360 sales cycle: self-source, qualify, pitch, and close new business
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in the Spanish market
  • Travel to Spain every 4–6 weeks and stay for 2-3 nights for in-person meetings and market development (All expenses paid!)
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and wider commercial team
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy for one of Europe’s most exciting growth regions
