This role is within our Intermediary Distribution team, covering South Manchester and surrounding areas including Chester, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby, and North Wales. You must reside within this region, as the role is field-based and involves travel to meet clients.

It's an excellent opportunity for a Business Development professional with experience in Financial Services, particularly with Mortgage Brokers and Independent Financial Advisors, to join a growing business investing in its people and strategy.

You will develop effective relationships with Intermediary firms, brokers, and key personnel, achieving regional KPIs across various measures. You will deliver sales performance objectives and keep partners informed about our products, services, and policies.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven B2B sales management experience within the UK mortgage market.
  • Strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining third-party relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry and distribution channels.
  • Ability to work independently from home and in the field, conducting face-to-face broker meetings.
