Job description

£30-35K Basic, plus OTE £45K

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our successful and established team.

As a valued team member, you will play a key role in helping homeowners transition to clean and renewable energy solutions. If you are motivated by sales success, have the skills to excel, and will embrace our clients' ambitious plans for growth, we encourage you to apply now.

What we need from you:
  1. 2 years minimum sales experience, ideally in the Commercial and Residential Solar industry working with brands such as SolarEdge & Tesla.
  2. Applications are also welcome from other similar industries and compatible technical sales.
  3. High-level communication skills (essential).
  4. A high level of numeracy and a comprehensive understanding of monetary values along with the ability to apply them on a day-to-day basis whilst customer-facing.
  5. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  6. You must be self-motivated, hardworking, and conscientious.
  7. A driving licence would be handy.
What the role involves:
  1. You will be provided with fully qualified inquiries to then engage with the client to discuss their requirements in the comfort of their own homes. You will offer them market-leading technologies as well as working on their pop-up community events.
  2. Guiding, advising, and selling to homeowners the benefits of Solar PV Home Battery Systems.
  3. Covering the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas.
Salary/hours:

£30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year, plus commission OTE £45K. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
