A leading energy company in Birmingham is seeking a motivated individual to join their Renewables Team. The role focuses on the development of utility-scale solar projects and requires strong negotiation and project management skills. Candidates should have a good network within the renewable energy industry and experience coordinating due diligence. Attractive salary and flexible working arrangements are offered.
The Renewables Team at Uniper is responsible for the development of the Wind-onshore and Solar PV business of Uniper, predominantly in Europe. The Renewables business at Uniper is one of the most important pillars of our strategic ambitions. Our aim is to deliver more than 1 GW growth p.a. by 2025 and a minimum of 10 GW on our balance sheet by 2030. Uniper is present across the entire renewable energy value chain, with the ultimate aim of operating major renewable energy production facilities. The renewables team can also count on the Group's extensive expertise in areas such as offtake (PPA in particular), storage, hydrogen, etc. The UK is a key market for Uniper in its strategy to develop renewable energies.
