Intelligent Business Finance is expanding and seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing team on a self-employed, commission-only basis—with up to 75% commission share on all deals closed.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll work independently to generate and nurture leads, identify funding needs, and introduce business owners to our range of commercial finance solutions and business services. This is a high-earning potential opportunity with uncapped commissions and complete control over your schedule.

What We’re Looking For

1. Solid background in sales, appointment setting or B2B relationship management
2. Comfortable working independently and building your own lead pipeline
3. Confidence in speaking with UK business owners and decision-makers
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, long-term vision, and goal-oriented
5. Looking to earn £5k+ per month (or more) based on results
