Business Development Manager – Scotland

Do you have experience in roofing sales and a strong understanding of roofing products? Are you ready for a new challenge? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Business Development Manager for Scotland, you’ll work directly with clients, driving business growth while maintaining the company’s strong brand and reputation. You’ll use your expertise and strategic thinking to achieve targets, develop new and existing customers, and expand our installer network. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the building industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and support demo days.
  • Expand the approved residential installer network across multiple roofing technologies, including GRP & PU liquids, PVC Single Ply Membranes, and RBM Reinforced Bituminous Membranes.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to maintain market share.
  • Represent the company professionally, upholding its strong brand image and reputation.
