Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Job Overview

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive growth across three specialist divisions in the construction sector.

As a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager you will build long-term client relationships, generate new business and deliver against revenue targets within specialist contracting services.

Responsibilities
  • Driving Business Growth: Develop and deliver sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Building Relationships: Develop new and existing client relationships across specialist contracting services
  • Market Development: Identify opportunities within the construction, electrical and maintenance markets
  • Ecommerce: Manage, develop, and grow the current Ecommerce facility
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Pipeline Management: Manage leads, opportunities and forecasting to ensure targets are achieved
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align business development strategy with company objectives
  • Marketing Input: Contribute to digital marketing, branding, social media and SEO initiatives
  • Technical Learning: Gain knowledge of technical services to effectively promote solutions to clients
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience of developing sales within construction, electrical or maintenance sectors
