This role is UK-wide (Remote/Flexible) and full-time. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing team within the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen and is ready to own business growth in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
You will lead sales initiatives to deliver advanced NDT solutions across key sectors, working with specialists in destructive and non-destructive testing. Your focus will be on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing solutions that ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Your daily activities may include:
Experience in NDT, ideally in a commercial or engineering role, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close high-value deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships at all levels, especially in technical or industrial environments. Experience with CRM tools and working towards structured sales targets.
