Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives to deliver advanced NDT solutions across key sectors
• Build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions for clients' safety, compliance, and operational needs
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Generate leads and win new business through solution selling
• Present technical services to senior stakeholders
• Understand client needs and tailor services accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams for cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and reports
• Monitor industry trends to inform strategy

Candidate Profile

• Experience in NDT, preferably in a commercial or engineering role
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Proven sales lifecycle management and deal closing skills
