A leading company in the SaaS sector is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead new business acquisition. This full-cycle sales role will involve driving an outbound strategy, leading market expansion efforts, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, especially within tech, and be someone who thrives in dynamic environments.
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition for two fast-growing SaaS products that support housing providers, local authorities, and developers.
This is a hands-on, high-impact sales role — perfect for someone who loves the thrill of opening new markets, winning new logos, and driving growth.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Driving an outbound sales strategy and building a high-quality pipeline
• Leading the full sales cycle from outreach to close
• Identifying new markets and sectors, including international opportunities
• Collaborating with marketing to refine messaging and targeting
• Staying on top of trends and competitor activity to inform GTM strategy
• Owning and exceeding acquisition and revenue targets
We’re looking for someone with:
• BDM or sales experience (SaaS/tech environment ideal)
• Proven track record of outbound prospecting and closing new business
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter with a drive to hit ambitious targets
• Bonus: experience in grant-giving / non-profit sectors or selling into public sector markets
