Job Description

The RoleAs a BDM, you'll play a critical role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key relationships, and closing deals across the UK healthcare landscape. You'll work closely with the leadership and product teams to align customer needs with our innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage healthcare organisations (NHS, private, community)
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities

About You

  • Proven experience in a BDM or similar sales role, ideally within healthcare or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of the NHS and healthcare procurement processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Based within commuting distance of Birmingham (hybrid role)
