The Role of the Business Development Manager:

  • Selling a portfolio of Respiratory, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and Continence products across primary and secondary care customers
  • Supporting patients and training them on system use with a nursing team
  • Leading relationships and negotiations with senior stakeholders, including national Key Opinion Leaders
  • Negotiating and influencing key stakeholders effectively
  • Delivering compelling commercial narratives to accelerate communication
  • Achieving or exceeding growth targets
  • Implementing strategies and maintaining business plans
