Our client, a growing energy consultancy, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. You will oversee the entire 360 sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, while assisting businesses with energy procurement and renewable solutions for cost efficiency and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy and renewables sector
  2. Target high-energy-consuming clients with multi-site operations across Europe
  3. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client base
  4. Leverage industry insights and market trends to introduce innovative solutions
  5. Help clients decarbonise through PPAs, private wire solar, and BESS
  6. Manage client portfolios, ensuring high retention and post-sales support
  7. Build strong client relationships for long-term growth
  8. Advise on energy procurement strategies and optimal buying decisions
  9. Collaborate with the Director of Renewables and marketing team on strategic initiatives
Skills and Experience Required:
