£42,500 + £16,000 OTE + Car Allowance

Hybrid (3 days per week in North Leicestershire)

We're working with an established organisation in the renewable energy sector, looking for a talented
Business Development Manager
to help grow their presence across the UK. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious, future-focused business with a strong reputation in the industry.
What you'll be doing:
Building, managing, and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
Identifying opportunities for growth and creating strategies to expand market share.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Attending industry events, networking, and representing the company professionally.
Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a business development, account management, or sales role (ideally in B2B environments).
Experience within the renewable energy or new-build sector would be highly advantageous.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for renewable energy and the drive to make a positive impact.
