We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, based in Sunderland covering the whole of the Northeast coast, from Blyth down to Humberside. This is a high-impact role focused on selling recruitment solutions across contingent, exclusive and via retained search services to organizations looking for top-tier leadership talent.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts for our recruitment services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value clients, primarily at the senior leadership and C-suite level. You will work closely with internal search consultants to craft bespoke talent solutions and establish long-term partnerships with organizations seeking exceptional leadership talent.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B consultative sales, preferably, but not essential within the recruitment sector, or executive search, or professional services, or HR solutions space.
