Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based – Oxford/Reading/Southampton

Salary: Up to £41,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a steady sales pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with independent food market players, leveraging your curiosity about food trends.
  • Create tailored culinary proposals to help clients save time and money.
  • Drive growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
  • Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to provide innovative solutions and insights.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in field sales or similar roles is preferred but not essential.
