Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based – Oxford/Reading/Southampton

Up to £41,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with independents, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with independent players in the local food market, leveraging your curiosity and passion for food.
  • Create tailored culinary proposals to help clients save time and money.
  • Drive growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
  • Onboard new clients professionally and warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to provide the best solutions and insights.

What we are looking for:

While experience in field sales or similar roles is preferred, it is not essential. We value individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to impact the business positively by meeting targets.

Customer focus is crucial, so confidence in outdoor field work is necessary.
