Business Development Manager – Private Client (Legal Sector)

Our client, a high-growth, entrepreneurial law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead BD and marketing efforts across their Private Client offering.

This is a standout opportunity for a confident and strategic BD professional to step into a visible, hands-on role, partnering closely with department heads, fee earners, and the senior marketing team. You will be driving strategy, campaigns, client targeting, intermediary engagement, and profile-raising initiatives, while helping to unify a growing and high-performing Private Client team.

With high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and entrepreneurs at the core of their client base, this role requires someone with sharp commercial instincts, a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of the Private Client or wider professional services space.

  • Are both strategic and hands-on, with excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Are a confident communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Thrive in agile, growing environments with high expectations and lots of opportunity
