Business Development Manager - Rail (Light Rail)

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our rapidly growing Rail team focused on UK Light Rail. The role involves working from home with travel across the UK to meet Light Rail clients and prospects as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the UK Light Rail market.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability within the Rail sector.
  • Engage with stakeholders in local authorities, transport operators, and government bodies.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with bid teams to create compelling proposals.
  • Manage existing Light Rail client accounts.
  • Utilize data to generate leads and promote group solutions and Telent capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using Salesforce.
Candidate Profile:
