We are hiring a Business Development Manager with expertise in payroll services to join a leading global HR & payroll solutions provider. The role involves acquiring new SME clients, nurturing relationships, and delivering tailored payroll solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential SME clients to promote payroll services.
  • Generate inbound leads for payroll sales.
  • Assess client payroll needs and present customized solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in SMEs.
  • Demonstrate payroll software to clients.
