Business Development Manager - Hospitals DivisionSouth Central£40,000 basic + uncapped bonus + company car + full benefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a newly established Hospitals Division within a growing, respected healthcare business. This is a key role in a business committed to improving patient outcomes through high-quality, innovative products - and to supporting its employees with a strong emphasis on family values and work-life balance.As Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in introducing a range of specialist healthcare solutions to NHS and private hospital teams. You'll be working closely with professionals in Moving & Handling, Therapy, Procurement, Infection Control, Tissue Viability and Nursing, supporting them with products that genuinely make a difference to patient care and staff wellbeing.Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and managing relationships within hospital trusts across the region
  • Presenting and demonstrating products to healthcare professionals
  • Identifying new business opportunities and exceeding growth targets
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider sales team
  • Managing your own territory strategically and effectively
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in healthcare, medical sales or a related field (2-3 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, commercial awareness, and a desire to make an impact
  • Good planning and time management
  • Confidence presenting to clinical and procurement audiences
