ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager / Senior Manager with knowledge of out-licensing processes to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Middlesex, covering the entire European market. The role involves driving market entry and growth through strategic out-licensing initiatives.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively approach the EU market for out-licensing, targeting B2B segments under senior management supervision.
  • Create and pursue new EU leads, converting them into signed agreements.
  • Identify new products for business growth and manage key EU accounts aligning with company goals.
  • Prepare and manage EU budgets for target customers, coordinating with supply chain to prevent stock-outs.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the EU out-licensing segment within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of EU market dynamics, including tenders and regulations.
