Are you an extremely motivated, dedicated, talented, and ambitious BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with strong experience and a proven track record in successfully promoting and consulting on design-driven Workplace Interior Solutions, Furniture & Office Interior Fit-Out Projects to End User Clients? Are you also familiar with project tracking and working closely with Designers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Quantity Surveying teams with a view to insulating the project and sale from inception through to completion? This dynamic and creative organisation is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their entrepreneurial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key end-user clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive continued growth.
General Purpose of the Role:
To find and win new business while organically growing, developing, and managing existing accounts. Equally important is to be fully prepared to be part of a like-minded, friendly, hardworking team and be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get involved in other areas of the business when needed! Reporting to the Director, this role is multifunctional and will involve dealing with all customer groups in a strategic fashion with long-term client retention and business development being the main function.
This opportunity will give the successful candidate an exceptional platform to create and build their own role within the business in the medium to long term with the full backup and support of everyone within the business. You will be working as part of a team to develop sales and market share in the commercial office arena, principally responsible for the development of projects, relationships, and sales in the commercial segment of the business.
