About the Company

Duplex is a well established supplier of high quality commercial and industrial cleaning machines. We're known for our premium quality products, expert training and excellent customer service. As part of the team you'll play a key role in generating the new machine sales which are the driving force of the business.

About the Role

We’re looking for a self-driven, skilled sales professional! This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager based in the north of England. You will be a highly experienced, successful salesperson, able to build and maintain solid relationships with the right people, determine their needs and achieve positive outcomes. You will build and maintain your own pipeline using our CRM system. You will account manage our network of dealers in the north of England and Scotland and represent the business superbly at relevant events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for demonstrating our range of high quality cleaning machines to corporate and end-user clients. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and managing client relationships, researching market trends, creating sales strategies, negotiating deals, forecasting revenue, and generally driving company growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market share.

Qualifications
  • Business development, sales, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the cleaning industry or related field is preferable although not essential
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to build and maintain product & industry knowledge
