We are hiring a high-achieving Business Development Manager – New Business to hunt for new clients in the Midlands and North, supporting business growth of Key Accounts. You’ll be joining an established sales team, working with a business model that breeds success and over achievement, plus given the autonomy to source your own new clients, with support from key in-bound marketing leads.

Our New Business 'Hunters' build strategic plans that deliver key account Sales through inbound and targeted marketing leads, successful networking and self-generated new business wins: as with all Sales roles you’ll be targeted.

  • Seasoned B2B Sales experience, with a proven track record in new business sales
  • Well skilled in new business generation and nurturing of opportunities through the sales process
  • Highly collaborative and forward thinking- Must build long-term business plans and deliver on client needs to win business and succeed
  • Strong Financial acumen - comfortable managing large volumes of excel data, really good at calculating profitability on complex deals and talking numbers both internally and externally
  • Brilliant at Presentations- Creative, able to translate innovation/abstract concepts into tangible solutions for clients, strong at presenting facts and figures both visually and orally
  • Goal orientated, Determined, Positive, Problem-Solver – you should embody these qualities!
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate and interact with several internal departments
