Senior Business Development Manager Modular Rental and Sales
Location: London and South East of England

Role and responsibilities
- You will be responsible for sales and rental of the company's high-quality modular buildings and products across the South East of England.
- You will have responsibility for 2 Salespeople who will assist in making appointments and investigating initial enquiries.
- You will be measured on the level of enquiries generated, enquiry response time, development of repeat clients and accounts, overall customer satisfaction, business secured, EBITDA achieved, and securing rental periods of 12 months and more.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record of Rental or Sales within the Modular Buildings industry working across the South East of England.
- Experience in the Health, Education, Aviation, MOD, Commercial and Private Sectors is advantageous.
- Trustworthy, with integrity, confident, and able to interact professionally with colleagues internally and clients externally.
- Deep knowledge of the industry, open to learning, with good technical capability, drive and ambition.
