Regional Sales Executive (Midlands, Southwest England, and Wales)

My Clients provides specialist clinical information access solutions to the NHS and private healthcare providers by positioning technology in challenging clinical environments. Our current technology offerings include mobile computer carts, wall-mounted PC systems, patient infotainment, diagnostic displays and medical grade computing. Our solutions and installation services support applications such as electronic patient records, e-prescribing/medicines administration, bed management, picture archiving and communication systems, theatre systems, and many more e-health innovations.

The role

Join us as the Regional Sales Executive / Manager in our dynamic health tech organisation! Drive sales growth and nurture key accounts with your exceptional sales expertise and industry knowledge. Your role will involve developing new customer opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and strategizing business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize and prioritise sales activities to meet business KPIs
  • Effectively manage time and productivity in line with company standards
  • Plan and execute sales growth strategies in your business territory
  • Cultivate new and existing customer relationships ethically
  • Ensure top-notch customer and internal communication for optimal service quality and satisfaction
  • Utilise company tools and systems efficiently to enhance customer interactions
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners as needed
  • Conduct regular client reviews to align solutions for mutual benefit
  • Provide detailed portfolio reports and sales forecasts for managerial insight
  • Report market trends and customer needs for identifying growth opportunities
  • Generate sales leads through various channels
What we are looking for
  • Proven track record from sales lead generation through to closing.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge, specifically NHS and Private Healthcare
  • Willingness to travel extensively and regularly to engage with prospects.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and IT tools
