The Role - Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will sell digital and traditional OOH advertising solutions to businesses across your region. Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identifying and approaching new clients
- Sales Meetings & Presentations - Building relationships and showcasing advertising solutions
- Sales Pipeline Management - Keeping an up-to-date CRM and maintaining a strong flow of leads
- Proposal Creation - Creating compelling sales pitches to secure new business
- Revenue Growth - Achieving quarterly revenue targets while managing your time effectively
Who We're Looking For
To succeed as a Business Development Manager, you'll need:
- Proven field sales experience (ideally in media sales, but other direct sales backgrounds considered)
- A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- CRM experience to manage client relationships and sales activity
- Confidence, professionalism, and strong negotiation skills
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel within your region
