The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the North West. You will collaborate with Regional General Managers and Depot Managers to explore new commercial tendering opportunities and grow the business through acquisition and enhancement initiatives, aiming to meet quarterly and annual targets.

This role offers an uncapped bonus (£30K OTE) and a company car.

Key responsibilities include:

• Exploring, identifying, and managing new business tendering opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Selling profitable new business within the region to meet and surpass quarterly and annual targets.
• Managing sales territory and prospecting lists for potential business opportunities.
• Reporting call, lead, quote, and contract activities via the Company Operating System.
• Producing and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the Head of Major Sales.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field-based B2B business development role.
• Proven success in sales, with a record of selling contracted services worth at least £100,000 annually.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
