Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Growth
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the luxury beauty, cosmetics and premium market sectors.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, and attending relevant industry events.
Account Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal design, production, and technical teams to deliver innovative, tailored packaging solutions.
Sales Strategy
  • Contribute to and execute regional/global sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new commercial opportunities.
Project Coordination
  • Work with the Project Management team to oversee the lifecycle of client projects from pitch to production, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Reporting & KPIs
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in luxury packaging sales or related industries (e.g., print, design, premium FMCG, or branded goods).
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty, cosmetics, and/or premium market sectors and their brand/packaging expectations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • A network of existing contacts within relevant industries is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
