Are you passionate about growing profitable relationships with brokers? We're seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to join our Business Development team. You'll build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and support in retaining our existing book of business.
You'll take full ownership for generating profitable business. You'll use your expertise to build, manage and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including all key customers and networks to deliver strategy and increase opportunities for the business.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at our London office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
