Are you a Business Development professional ready to make an impact in a high-profile, real estate-focused role within a large global legal firm? We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to support a dynamic and collaborative global practice group.

What’s the opportunity?

This is a 12-month maternity cover contract with a future-facing, globally integrated law firm, renowned for its innovative and technology-driven approach. You’ll work directly with partners and the global BD team to drive marketing campaigns, deepen client relationships, and support strategic growth across the Real Estate sector.

What you’ll be doing:

? Supporting partners in developing and nurturing key client relationships

? Drafting persuasive pitches, proposals and presentations

? Coordinating client events, webinars and marketing campaigns

? Leading on legal directory and award submissions

? Monitoring developments in real estate and BD best practices

? Driving process improvements and managing BD tools and systems

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in Business Development and/or Marketing within a law firm or professional services environment

Knowledge or previous support of a Real Estate practice is a bonus!

Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and numerical

Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach to delivery
