Business Development Manager – Social Housing / Newbuild

Basic Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + 30% Bonus (OTE £70K+)

Location: Ideally based along the M1 corridor covering North London & Northern Home Counties / Anglia

We are representing a market-leading UK manufacturer of high-quality kitchen and bathroom furniture. Established for decades, they have built a reputation for delivering innovative, stylish, and practical solutions to the Private Development, Public Sector, and Retail markets.

In this role, you will focus on the Social Housing (Newbuild) sector, managing existing accounts while driving new business through Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Tier 1 Contractors, and developers. Using industry tools and internal leads, you will secure specifications and work closely with internal project teams to track opportunities from tender through to completion.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience selling to specification via Social Housing, LA/HA, or Newbuild Developers.
  • Ideally have knowledge of the KBB sector (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms) – but this is not essential.
  • Be confident dealing with main contractors, developers, and housing providers.
  • Be commercially driven with a track record of winning and managing projects.
