Business Development Manager – Paris/Nantes

The Company:

Primary responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Acquiring new customers from a targeted customer list.
  • Understanding the portfolio to generate quality opportunities and differentiate from competitors.
  • Keeping up with trends in the Cyber Security industry.
  • Articulating the business strategy and brand identity effectively.
  • Conducting meetings with prospective customers in person (when feasible).
  • Forecasting monthly sales in line with CRM processes.
  • Representing the company and translating industry developments into customer solutions.
  • Onboarding new customers.

Account Management:

  • Managing all customers, including third-party resellers and global clients.
  • Providing executive involvement in key accounts and nurturing relationships.
  • Ensuring high-quality post-purchase support in France.
  • Monitoring invoice payments and ensuring timely settlement.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and events to achieve revenue targets.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans using approved methodologies.
  • Adhering to sales processes and procedures.

Other responsibilities:

  • Meeting targets, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Managing the tender process for procurement opportunities.
  • Cultivating relationships with the wider team.
  • Building and maintaining the company’s brand and mission.
  • Fulfilling additional responsibilities as requested by management.
  • Managing the Profit & Loss account for the responsible area.
  • Reporting on France’s business performance monthly.
  • Creating and executing France’s strategy.
  • Translating industry developments into customer solutions.
