We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth across our portfolio, with a focus on decommissioning, intervention, and late-life asset support. This role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, engaging clients from enquiry to delivery, and shaping tailored technical and commercial solutions.
You ll manage the full sales cycle, contribute to strategic planning, and support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and CRM/S&OP processes. The role also involves supporting tendering, proposal development, and expanding Proserv s presence with operators, service companies, and technology partners.
